Malia Tate

Thanks to Lydia, Malia had gotten a potion to get her powers back. It had been a few weeks ago already since Stiles had given it to her. It had taken her all this time to work up courage to drink it. It wasn't that she didn't trust Lydia or Stiles, it was the fact that they had gotten it as one of those weird gifts that magicked itself into their hands, and that's what she wasn't sure if it would even work, or if it would cause her any side effects. She had finally decided to take the potion, and thought it had made her slightly sick, it seemed to have worked.

Through the rest of the month you will find Malia checking out her returned powers. At the coffee shop, she'll be speeding around to take and deliver orders. Fortunately her reflexes are fast enough that she (mostly) won't be dumping food on people by accident. If you meet her near the lake or the woods, she'll be enjoying a run at wolf speed or checking out her teeth and claws. Or if she sees someone struggling with a heavy load, she'll be glad to offer a hand.

Whatever this crystal thing is, it's kinda pissing Malia off. At first she thought it was a kind of movie player or something, until she started recognizing people in it. She hesitates throwing it away, but in the end, she's more curious than pissed off, so she decides to keep it.

During the days of the event, she can be found mostly at the Temple, working as a maid, in her bedroom or at the kitchen. She also takes some daily walks to get fresh air, as she doesn't deal well with being locked in a place. From time to time, she'll peek again at the crystal, until a memory that disturbs her comes up that makes her put it away.


{ Closed to Cora }

Once she looked at Cora's memory, Malia did decide to put the crystal away, hiding it under the bunk bed where she sleeps it. At least that'll keep her from looking at it while she's not in her room. She doesn't know what to think about what she saw. Peter actually being a decent human being. Allegedly, that's right before the infamous Hale fire, but she did always think the man was born being as asshole. At least it was easier to believe that.

Not long after witnessing that memory, she runs into Cora. The images are so fresh in her mind that she just stares at the other girl stupidly for a few moments, before snapping out of it. "Uh, hi Cora."

Since Malia arrived during the mess in January, this is the first time she sees a real arrival day. Now she understands why Derek, Peter and the others who were here had found it so weird that she just appeared in the middle of the snow, instead of inside the Temple.

But that's not her primary concern at the moment. It seems Stiles has been missing since a few days. Not being very fond of technology or whatever the bracelet is, she hasn't thought to check for the list of people in Teleios. Instead, she's been looking for her boyfriend or ex-boyfriend or whatever all around the Temple: Great Hall, kitchen, laundry room, dorms. She hasn't visited Greenburg, but Stiles never really took her there, so she doesn't know where to look.

If you find Malia sniffing all over the Temple, feel free to stop by and ask her what's going on. She's definitely going ask as many people as possible about Stiles, until someone helps her figure out he's gone from Teleios.
